摘　　要：β-内酰胺类抗生素对1-型谷氨酸转运体(GLT-1)表达的调控以及对T细胞功能和基因表达的影响等非抗菌作用的研究近期持续展开。本文重点围绕β-内酰胺类抗生素的神经保护作用、免疫调节作用以及缓解毒品和酒精依赖等作用,综述相关研究进展。In addition to antimicrobial effect, β-lactams antibiotics are capable of modulating GLT-1 expression as well as affecting T cell activation and gene expression. This review describes the progress of β-lactams multiple activities in addition to antimicrobial effects, including neuroprotective activity, immunomodulation effect and attenuating alcohol dependence.
