摘  要:如果在地形复杂的地区建设成品油管道,可能会遇到部分管道通过大落差地段的问题。由于管道翻越点的存在和输送油品物性的差异,在下坡管道中可能会出现不满流的现象。根据输送管道经过大落差地段可能出现的各种工况,基于VOF多相流模型,针对倾角、管径和进口速度对管道内不满流特性的影响进行了数值模拟,并通过计算机分析了在大落差地段引起不满流现象的因素,以期对山区输油管道的设计提供理论指导。If product oil pipelines were constructed in the areas of complex topography,parts of pipelines would inevitably encounter some problems via the large gap areas.Due to the existence of pipeline crossing point and the physical difference of the transport oil,it may appear the phenomenon of slack flow in the downhill pipeline.According to all kinds of operating conditions,it may appear via the large gap areas.Based on VOF multiphase flow model numeral simulation was built to research the influence of slack flow features for different angles,different pipe diameters and flow velocity.Through the computer analysis,it elaborated the influence factors of the discontent flow phenomenon for product oil in a large gap location.The results provided theoretical guidance for the design of transport pipeline in mountainous areas.
