摘  要:探讨不同助剂对环保型花生种衣剂的作用,研究环保型花生种衣剂的防病增产效果。利用正交试验原理,在环保型花生种衣剂中加入不同浓度组合的助剂,根据花生发芽率和幼苗病虫率筛选出最佳种衣剂配方。同时通过花生种子包衣试验、抑菌试验和大田试验研究改良后的环保型花生种衣剂的防病增产效果。在100 g环保型花生种衣剂中加入1.0 g胺鲜酯、1.5 g紫罗兰色素、0.5 g戊二醇和0.5 g 15%粉锈宁可湿性粉剂后改良效果最佳,在改良后的环保型花生种衣剂作用下的花生发芽率显著增大,幼苗病虫率显著降低,同时抑菌试验和大田试验结果也验证了改良后的效果。该研究结果为环保型花生种衣剂配方的改善提供重要参考。Effect of different additives on a kind of environmental peanut seed coating agent was studied, focusing on the effects of disease prevention and yield improvement. In accordance with the method of orthogonal experiment, different concentration combinations of additives were added into the seed coating agent for selecting the best formula according to the peanut germination rate and seedling rate of diseases and pests. Meanwhile, through the coating experiment, bacterio-static experiment and field experiment, the effect of the disease prevention and yield improvement of the environment-friendly peanut seed coating agent was investigated. The experimental study showed that the best effect of the improvement was achieved by adding Amine ester (1.0 g), violet pigment (1.5 g), pentanediol (0.5 g) and triadimefon wettable powder (0.5 g) into peanut seed coating agent of 100 g in weight. Obviously, the germination rate was increased with the improvement of environmental peanut seed coating agent and the seed diseases and pests rate reduced; in the meantime, the bacterio-static test and field test also verified the improved achievement. The result of the study was useful in improving formula for preparing environment-friendly peanut seed coating agent.
