摘  要:在鼓泡反应塔中,对铜、钴络合物以及FeⅡCit络合脱硝展开对比实验研究。介绍了3种络合剂脱硝机理,通过对吸收液的制备和吸收效果的比较,发现亚铁螯合物的脱除效果明显优于铜络合物和钴络合物。[Cu(NH3)4]SO4和[Co(NH3)6]Cl2的脱除效率分别优于CuⅡEDTA和Co Cl2、CoⅡEDTA。综合比较认为,FeⅡCit因柠檬酸的价格优势和环境友好性是可优选的脱硝络合剂。在最优条件下,1 min时,FeⅡCit溶液对NO脱除效率为58.54%,6 min后脱除效率降为51.35%。Comparative studies on denitrification using copper, cobalt and ferrous complexes were done in the bubbling reactor. Denitrification mechanism using three complexes were introduced. Comparing through the preparation of the absorbing liquid, corrosion status of the equipment and the absorption performances, it was found that NO removal of ferrous chelate was better than those of copper and cobalt complexes. Removal efficiencies of [Cu(NH3)4]SO4 and [Co(NH3)6]C12 were superior to those of Cu HEDTA, CoC12 and CoaEDTA. FeCit was preferred through comprehensive comparison according to its price advantage and environmental friendliness. Under the optimal conditions, NO removal efficiency can reach 58.54% within lmin when Fe u Cit solution was used, and then reduce to 51.35% after 6 min.
