摘  要:在300 t/d的垃圾循环流化床焚烧炉进行了工业试验,考察污泥衍生燃料掺烧替代部分煤的可行性,测试了污泥衍生燃料掺烧过程中给煤量的调整对床温、蒸发量、烟气中CO及SO2浓度的影响。结果表明,混烧过程中焚烧炉的给煤量宜控制在1 t/h左右,否则容易造成焚烧炉循环灰量不足,破坏炉内物料平衡和碳平衡;掺烧1.5 t/h污泥衍生燃料不仅可替代给煤量0.8 t/h,处理污泥0.9 t(含水率80%),而且同时提高了垃圾处理量2.63 t/h;掺烧衍生燃料后炉床出口平均温度为863℃,比混烧前提高了11.5℃,这有利于抑制炉内二恶英的产生;混烧污泥衍生燃料后CO、SO2浓度的平均值分别降低到51.5、40.1 mg/m3,灰渣热酌减率也从3.7%降低到3.2%,表明掺烧衍生燃料有利于焚烧过程中污染物的控制和灰渣的综合利用。Experiment of mixed incineration sludge derived fuel with municipal solid waste in a 300t/d circulating fluidized bed incinerator was carded out to discuss the feasibility of using sludge derived fuel for combustion-supporting instead of coal. The effect of coal inputting on the evaporation capacity, bed temperature and concentration of CO, SO2 in the exhaust gas were tested. Results showed that the coal quantity should be controlled at around lt/h during the co-incineration process, otherwise the material balance and carbon balance in the furnace were easily destructed because of insufficient circulating ash content. The waste processing capacity of the incinerator could be improved with 2.63 t/h when mixed by 1.5 t/h sludge derived fuel instead of 0.8 t/h coal. After co-combustion of the sludge derived fuel, bed temperature was 863 ℃ and increased by 11.5 ℃, which was conducive to inhibit the generation of dioxin in the furnace. The concentration of CO, SO2 in the exhaust gas decreased to 51.5 mg/ma, 40.1 mg/ma respectively, ash heat reduction rate also reduced from 3.7% to 3.2%, which showed that co-incineration was favorable for comprehensive utilization of pollutant incineration process control and ash.
