摘　　要：文章通过时速250km柳南客专插铺P60-18#道岔的工程实例,探讨在客专营业线插铺大号道岔对位预铺、横向滑移、线路捣固等施工工艺流程和安全控制措施,优化既有客专插铺道岔的施工方案,从而减少施工干扰、提高施工效率、缩短封锁时间,为今后的同类施工积累了宝贵经验。With the case of 250 km dedicated passenger line plug shop P60-18# turnout project,this paper discussed the counterpoint pre-shop,lateral slip,tamping and other construction process of dedicated passenger line plug shop large turnout as well as the safety control measures,and optimized the existing construction program,thereby reducing construction interference,improving construction efficiency,shortening block time and accumulating valuable experience for future similar construction.
