摘　　要：高校教改项目实施效果对高校教学改革有着巨大的促进作用。本文首先阐述了高校教改项目绩效评价的内涵,利用层次分析法来确定评价体系中各指标的权数,再以A学院为例,采用模糊综合评价法对A学院教改项目绩效进行评价,针对存在的薄弱环节,从教改项目方案规划与设计、院系层面体制与机制保障以及教改项目研究的拓展与提升等几方面提出绩效改进的策略,从而为同类院校教学改革提供借鉴作用。The implementation of university teaching reform project has a huge role in promoting the reform of university teaching.This paper firstly describes the connotation of the performance evaluation of university teaching reform project,applies AHP to determine the weights of each index evaluation system,and then takes A college for example,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of teaching reform project of A college,and proposes the improvement strategies from the program planning and design of teaching reform,the protection of faculty and department level system and the expansion and upgrading of teaching reform project research aiming at the weak links,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of similar institutions.
