摘 要:采用电弧喷涂在不同工艺参数下制备了循环流化床锅炉水冷壁用耐磨涂层,并对其显微硬度和耐磨性能进行表征。结果表明随电弧电流的降低,喷涂中飞行颗粒的熔融状态下降,堆垛沉积后导致涂层疏松不致密从而使涂层的显微硬度降低。同时未熔融粒子撞击基体形成涂层的附着力减小进而结合强降低、耐磨性能也恶化。此外涂层内由于未熔融粒子飞溅容易引起大量气孔和裂纹等缺陷,使得锅炉烟气中大量的CO、H2、SO2、HCl等腐蚀气体扩散到涂层内也会加剧涂层的冲蚀磨损。因此为获得综合性能优异的防护涂层,应保持较高的喷涂电弧电流,实验中250A时制备的涂层性能最佳。The abrasion resistant coating used in the water-wall tube of circulating fluidized bed boiler was prepared by the method of the arc spraying with different parameters. The results showed that with the decreasing of arc electric current,the molten state of in-flight particles reduced. As a result,the coating would be non densification which could lead to the deterioration of coatings micro-hardness. In addition,the non-molten particles decrease the bonding strength of coatings. As well as lots of defects,such as pores and cracks could be caused,then the corrosive gas( CO、H2、SO2、HCl) would diffuse into the coating,both of which would accelerated the erosion wear of coatings.
