摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定炎立消胶囊中原儿茶酸的含量。方法:Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(6:94);检测波长为258nm。结果:线性范围为38.92ng^136.22ng,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.89%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,快速,准确可靠。Objective： A HPLC method was established for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao Capsules. Methods： In the analysis,a Diamonsil-C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） column,a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% glacial acetic acid solution（6：94）and a UV wavelength of 258 nm. Results： A linear range of 38.92ng^136.22 ng,an average recovery of 99.8% with RSD of 0.89%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method of HPLC is simple,rapid and reliable.
