UV Protection Situation of Power Supply Enterprise Fieldworkers and Research on the Effectiveness of Sunscreen Cosmetics

摘  要:为了解供电企业野外作业人群对紫外线危害的认识程度、自身防护情况及3种防晒化妆品的防晒效果,以问卷调查200名供电企业野外一线工作人员,并在其中选40人分成4组,分别用3种不同的防晒化妆品和安慰剂,对使用不同防晒化妆品前后的肤色变化情况拍照记录并用进行图象分析比较。结果显示调查人群中日光灼伤的患病率达12.5%,89%人了解紫外线的危害,70%的人认为紫外线能引起皮肤光老化,88%的人认为紫外线能引起皮肤肿瘤。14%的人平时比较注意防晒,78%的人知道防晒化妆品,15%的人知道防晒系数SPF(Sun Protection Factor)的含义。供电企业人员野外工作期间,肤色普遍加深,11%的人每天用防晒化妆品,12%的人偶尔使用,77%的人不使用。3种不同防晒化妆品的保护效果无显著性差异。结果提示在供电企业特殊作业人群中要加强防晒的宣传教育,采用正确的防晒措施,对防晒化妆品要掌握正确的使用方法和选用正确的防晒化妆品。To investigate whether the power supply enterprise fieldworkers were aware of the harm of UVR, and took proper sun protection methods, and to compare the effectiveness of 3 kinds of sunscreen questionnaire was used among 200 power supply enterprise fieldworkers and 40 fieldworkers had been selected to use the 3 kinds o f sunscreen. The color of skin on face was recorded by photo and analyzed by computer. The results showed 12.5% fieldworkers had sunburn,89% of people were aware of UVR harmful effects,70% considered that UVR could lead to skin aging, 88% agreed with that UVR w as a risk factor of skin cancer. But only 14%took care of themselves away from UVR,78% knew about sunscreens, only 15% understood the meaning of SPF. During field work,11% o f people applied sunscreens every day, 12% used sunscreens between times, 77% did not use anything. There were significant differences on density o f color of photo taken before field work compared with that of after field work. It indicated that the skin color became darker after field work.There were no differences among three groups either before field work or after. It is suggested that sun protection program should be carried out among the fieldworkers and some proper sun protectio n methods should be taken. It was necessary to establish the standard for evaluating the sunscreens in China.
