摘 要:以600MW机组直接空冷单元的典型结构为依据,建立在风机出口加装结合形导流板的空冷单元模型,并利用CFD软件对加装了导流板的空冷单元内部流场进行数值模拟,分析结合形导流板尺寸变化对整个单元换热特性的影响,得到了最优结果。比较最优化的结合形导流板与长方形导流板的换热,可以得知,结合形导流板的换热效果更佳。为提高空冷单元换热效率、优化空冷机组设计提供了一定的依据。Based on the representative air-cooled condenser cell of 600 MW units,the physical models of air-cooled cell with combined deflectors installed at the outlet of fan were established. Using CFD software,numerical simulations for internal flow field were conducted in the air-cooled cell with combined deflectors installed. The influence of different combined deflectors on heat transfer characteristics of the unit was analyzed and the optimal deflector was got. Combined deflector was also said better in heat transfer than rectangular deflector by comparing. All these will provide some reference for improving the heat transfer efficiency of air-cooled unit and the optimal designing of air-cooled system.
