摘 要:针对高速铁路建设对生态环境造成的影响,构建高速铁路建设生态环保目标规划与监测指标体系;根据高速铁路建设数据量、监测指标特点及PDCA循环原理,提出适用的监测方法。以某高速铁路项目为例进行分析,当数据量较多、较少和无数据时,可以分别采用BP神经网络、灰色时间序列、德尔菲法进行目标预测。经实际监测结果与预测结果的比较验证,目标规划模型具有一定的合理性,为可持续发展型绿色高速铁路建设提供决策支持。Targeting with the influence of high-speed railway construction on ecological environment, the object planning and supervision index system of ecological environmental protection for high-speed railway construction were established. According to data volume of high-speed railway construction, characteristics of supervision index and the circulation principle of PDCA, this paper puts forward suitable supervision methods. Taking certain high-speed railway construction as an example, the paper makes analysis and puts forward the object forecast could be taken by applying 3 methods (the BP neural network, grey time series and Delphi method) respectively under the conditions of large data volume, less data and no data. Through comparing and validating the actual supervision result with forecast result, the object planning model was proved has rationality and could provide decision-making support for construction of green high-speed railways with sustainable development.
