摘 要:以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,采用反相微乳液聚合制备了阳离子共聚物P(AM-DMDAAC)。研究了引发剂浓度和单体配比对阳离子度的影响,反应温度、引发剂浓度和单体浓度对转化率和分子量的影响。结果表明,阳离子度主要受单体配比的影响。根据筛选出来的优化条件,制备了阳离子度15%以上、固含量大于30%、分子量约800万的微乳液产品,并且性质稳定,溶解迅速。Inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide ( AM ) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) has been carried out. The influence of the initiator concentration and monomer ratio on cationic degree were investigated. The influence of the temperature, initiator concentration and monomer concentration were also be investigated. The results show that the cationic degree was mainly influenced by monomer ratio. Under the optimital reaction conditions in this study, the microemulsion product has over 15% cationic degree ,over 30% solid - content and high molar mass ( about 800 × 104 ) , stable properties and can be rapidly dissolved.
