摘 要:利用响应面分析法研究食药用猴头菇多糖的超声提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法,以猴头菇多糖产率为响应值优化超声提取工艺,并将最佳条件下猴头菇多糖的超声提取率与水提回流法进行对比。结果表明:猴头菇多糖的最佳超声提取工艺条件:提取温度为60℃,超声时间为35min,液料比为20:1,提取次数2次,提取率为7.48%,比水提回流法提取率高出22.22%;所得模型方程拟合度较好,方法可靠,为超声提取猴头菇多糖工艺提供了一定的理论依据。The technology of ultrasonic- assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from food medicinal hericium was investigated with response surface methodology. On the basis of a series of one - factor experiments, using response surface value, the optimum ultrasonic - assisted extraction process of hericium polysaccharides were determined as the response value, and compared with water extraction reflux method under optimal conditions. Results indicate: 60 of extraction temperature ,35min of ultrasonic time and 20 : 1 ( mL · g-l ) of liquid - to - solid ratio, and the extraction efficiency of polysaccharides was up to 7.48% under the optimized conditions and was higher 22.22% by water extraction reflux. The fit of the established model was good, the method was reliable, and provided certain theoretical basis by ultrasonic - assisted extraction process of herieium polysaccharides.
