摘  要:目的 观察髓芯减压联合多孔钽金属棒植入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法 对12例13个股骨头FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期坏死患者行髓芯减压联合多孔钽金属棒植入治疗。通过比较手术前后Harris评分和X线平片表现进行疗效评价。结果 所有患者均获得随访,随访9~18个月,平均14.5个月,术前Harris评分为(51.3±1.3)分,末次随访Harris评分为(82.6±8.6)分,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后9个月对患者行X线平片检查发现,7例患者死骨区域同术前比缩小。结论 使用髓芯减压联合多孔钽金属棒植入治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死可以减轻股骨头内压,改善局部微循环,防止股骨头塌陷,为早期股骨头坏死的治疗提供了一个新选择。Objective To investigate the effect of medullary core decompression combined prorous tantalum rod for early stage femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 12early-stage femoral head osteonecrosis patients(13hips)(FicatⅠandⅡ)were treated with tantalum rod.Effect evaluation included Harris score and Plain radiographs.Results All patients were followed up and the duration continued 9-18 months with an average of 14.5months.According to the Harris hip score system,the mean score was 51.3±1.3and 82.6±8.6at preoperative and postoperative,respectively,there was significance difference(P〈0.05).After 9months of patients underwent X-ray plain film examination revealed that the died with preoperative bone area of 7patients was smaller than preoperative.Conclusion Medullary core decompression combined prorous tantalum rod can relieve the pressure in femoral head,promote the revascularization of necrotic area,prevent the femoral head collapse and provide a new choice for early stage femoral head necrosis treatment.
