基于ECC+DWT多重数字水印的电子签章应用方案研究

摘  要:提出一种基于椭圆曲线密码学(Elliptic Curves Cipher,ECC)、时间戳技术和离散小波转换(Discrete Wavelet Transform,DWT)多重数字水印技术的电子签章应用方案。该方案将时间戳添加到ECC数字签名中,签章图片经DWT两次小波转换后,嵌入表示签章版权信息及签章人信息的鲁棒水印和表示数字签名的易损水印,实现签章版权保护、签章人身份认证和签章文档认证。理论分析与实践证明,在保护电子合同、电子公文等方面使用该方案能够提高电子信息的真实性、完整性、机密性和不可否认性。A new application scheme of electronic seal is proposed based on Elliptic Curves Cipher (ECC), the timestamp and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT)multiple digital watermarking technology. In this scheme, the time stamp is added to the ECC digital signature. The seal image is carried out after 2 times of wavelet transform using DWT, embedded with not only robust watermark including seal copyright and seal user information, but also fragile watermark including digital signature. Through this scheme, document authentication, seal copyright protection and seal user authentication can be achieved. Theory and practice prove that this new scheme improves the performance of information security dramatically, such as the protection of electronic contracts, electronic official documents, and so on.
