摘 要:采用机械共混法制备超细硅酸盐填充的环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)复合材料,研究2种超细硅酸盐(F100和KTC)对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,增加硅酸盐用量,可以提高复合材料的交联程度,应变损耗增加,Payne效应明显。当2种超细硅酸盐的用量均为10phr时,其综合物理性能较好,耐热空气老化性能也较为优异;两者对比,F100的综合性能稍显优异,但仍逊于纯炭黑补强的橡胶纳米复合材料。热失重数据表明,超细硅酸盐尤其是F100的加入,可以提高复合材料的热稳定性。The environment-friendly ESBR filled with ultra-fine aluminium silicates was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the influence of addition level of the two ultra-fine aluminium silicates(KTC and F100)on the properties of composites were investigated.The results showed that the crosslink degree of composites was significantly increased by adding aluminium silicateamount,loss of strain was also increased,the Payne effect was obvious.The best comprehensive physical properties were obtained when the addition level of aluminium silicate was 10 phr,so was the hot air aging performance,and contrasting the two ultra-fine aluminiumsilicates,thenanocomposite filled in F100 whose comprehensive properties was better than that filled in KTC,but still worse than that filled in carbon black.The thermal stability of nanocomposites was also improved with ultra-fine aluminium silicate especially adding F100.
