摘  要:[目的]研究不同播种密度对玉米自交系种子活力的影响。[方法]以郑58和Ph6wc这2个玉米自交系为试验材料,设置7个播种密度处理,对收获种子进行有关活力指标测定。[结果]随着播种密度的增加,2个玉米自交系种子的芽长、苗鲜重、活力指数、ADH和CAT活性,以及郑58的发芽势、Ph6wc的根长、干重和发芽指数,均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,浸泡液电导率基本呈下降趋势,平均发芽日数郑58各处理无显著差异,Ph6wc以135 000株/hm2处理最小。[结论]该研究初步认为,两个玉米自交系均以135 000株/hm2处理的种子活力较好。[ Objective ] The paper was to study the seed vigor under different seed production densmes. [Method] Taking Zheng 58 and Ph6wc, two maize inbred lines of grain seed as the test material, setting seven seed production densities, seed vigor under different seed pro- duction densities were studied. [ Result] The result showed, with increasing of density, two maize inbred lines of grain seed bud length, seed fresh weight, vigor indexes, ADH, CAT and Zheng 58 germination energy, Ph6wc Root length, seed dry weight, germination indexes, all showed a trend of decrease after the first increase, electrical conductivities all showed a trend of decrease. The average germination, Zheng 58 each treatment had no significant difference, Ph6wc deal with minimum 135 000 plants/hm^2. [ Conclusion] It was preliminary thought that two maize inbred hnes at 135 000 plants/hm^2 the seed vigor were better.
