提升低浓度下仲丁灵对烟草腋芽抑制效果的探索研究

摘　　要：[目的]提升低浓度下仲丁灵对烟草腋芽的抑制效果,降低烟叶中仲丁灵的残留量。[方法]尝试在仲丁灵中加入苯乙醇溶液,试验设计了11个处理,采用田间试验比较分析各处理对烟草腋芽抑制率和鲜重抑制效果。[结果]用37.3%的仲丁灵稀释240倍,同时加1.5%的苯乙醇溶液225 ml,与37.3%的仲丁灵120倍施用后相比较,在浓度降低50%的情况下,其对烟草腋芽的抑制有同等较好的作用效果。[结论]该研究提高了抑芽剂在低浓度下的作用效果,减少了仲丁灵在烟叶中的残留量。[ Objective ] In order to enhance the inhibitory effect of low concentration butralin on tobacco axillary bud. [ Method ] The experi- ment designed 11 kinds of treatments. Tobacco axillary bud inhibition rate and fresh weight inhibition effect were analyzed and compared by field trial. [ Result] The results show that 37.3% butralin 240 times dilution, added 1.5% phenethyl alcohol solution 225ml has better effect to sucker control, which has the same effect with 37.3% butralin 120 times dilution. [ Conclusion] The research improves the effect of sucker- cides under the low concentration, reduce the butralin residue in tobacco leaves.
