摘  要:[目的]研究通过愈伤组织途径诱导形成朱顶红原球茎。[方法]以朱顶红(Hippeaztrum vittatum)鳞茎作为外植体,通过愈伤组织途径诱导形成原球茎,并建立再生植株。[结果]诱导愈伤组织最佳培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAAl.0mg/L,诱导率达到80%;诱导原球茎增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导原球茎系数达到15~20个;诱导原球茎生长最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.1ms/L+KH2PO480mg/L+TIBA0.5mg/L;诱导原球茎生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L,生根率可达100%。[结论]建立了朱顶红再生植株,实现了朱顶红快速繁殖目标,为朱顶红的种苗生产提供技术支撑。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the development of Hippeastrum vittatum by callus induced using bulbs as explants. [ Method ] Cal- lus were induced using bulbs as explants then the protocorm was developed and regeneration plants were established. [ Result] The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction was MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L, the callus induction rate of bulbs was the highest, the induction rate reached 80% ; medium to induce proliferation of protocorm like bodies was MS +6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L, inducing pro- tocorm coefficient could reach 15 - 20 ; the optimal medium of protocorm growth was 1/2 MS + 6-BA 4.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + KH2PO4 80 mg,/L + TIBA 0.5 mg/L;Induction of protocorm rooting medium was 1/2 MS + IBA 0. 5mg/L, the rooting rate was up to 100%. [ Conclusion] Regeneration plant of Hippeastrum vittatum was established, and realize the fast breeding goal, in order to provide technical support for seedlings production.
