摘  要:[目的]研究调制后降解产物对香气质、香气量的影响,旨在为优质烟叶生产提供理论依据。[方法]研究了100%无机肥(T1)、25%饼肥+75%无机肥(T2)、50%饼肥+50%无机肥(T3)、75%饼肥+25%无机肥(T4)、100%饼肥(T5)对大田期烤烟质体色素含量及其调制后降解产物含量的影响。[结果]大田期生育期内烤烟叶片中类胡萝卜素和叶绿素含量逐渐减少。配施饼肥有利于提高烟叶叶片内叶绿素和类胡萝卜素及其调制后降解产物含量,但并非饼肥施用量越高越好。配施25%腐熟饼肥时有利于提高生育期叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,促进生育后期叶绿素的降解,提高调制后新植二烯和类胡萝卜素降解产物的含量。[结论]在实际生产过程中,适宜施用25%腐熟饼肥可以提高调制后烟叶新植二烯和类胡萝卜素降解产物的含量,促进烟叶品质的形成,有利于生产出优质烟叶。[ Objective] The effects of degraded products on aroma quality and aroma quantity were studied to provide the theoretical basis for the production of high quality tobacco. [ Method ] The effects of 100% inorganic fertilizer(T1 ) ,25% cake fertilizer + 75 % inorganic fertilizer ( T2 ), 50% cake fertilizer + 50% inorganic fertilizer( T3 ), 75% cake fertilizer + 25% inorganic fertilizer(T4) and 100% cake fertilizer( T5 ) on plastid pigment and its degraded products in flue-cured tobacco leaf were studied. [ Result ] The content of chlorophyll and carotene de- creased during whole growth stages decreased gradually. Combined application of cake fertilizer could improve the content of chlorophyll, caro- tene and the degraded products, but more application amount wasn't always better. 25% cake fertilizer was conductive to the synthesis during the early period and the degradation in the later period of chlorophyll, and it was conductive to increase the content of carotene during the whole growth stage. [ Conclusion ] In the actual production process, it was suitable for the application of 25 % cake fertilizer to increase the con- tents of neophytadiene and the carotenoid modulation products, promote the formation of the quality of tobacco leaves, produce high quality to- bacco leaves.
