摘 要:许多革兰氏阴性病原细菌借助细菌的Ⅲ型分泌系统(TypeⅢsecretion system,T3SS)传递与致病有关的毒性因子和效应子来发挥病原细菌的毒性。副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)、迟缓爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)和嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)是海水中3种常见革兰氏阴性病原细菌。这3种细菌不仅广泛引起海水养殖生物的病害,还经常导致人类肠胃炎等其他危害,而Ⅲ型分泌系统也与它们的致病性密切相关。对海水中这3种常见革兰氏阴性病原菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的组成、功能及相关转录调控机制进行了综述。Many Gram-negative pathogenic bacteria develop their virulence factors or effectors to eukaryotic host cells through their type Ⅲ se- cretion systems(T3SSs). Vibrioparahaemolyticus, Edwardsiella tarda andAeromonas hydrophila are three common Gram-negative pathogens in marine aquaculture, which not only infect aquaculture animals but also cause gastroenteritis in humans. T3SS are suggested to be closely relat- ed to bacteria pathogenicity in these three pathogens. The recent progresses in the composition, function and regulation mechanism study of the T3SSs in those three pathogens were summarized.
