摘 要:零件加工精度的检验在制造业中占据很重要的地位,其中以同轴度检测较为突出。通过多种测同轴度方式的对比,突出了三坐标测量机测同轴度的优势,介绍了三坐标测同轴度常用方法中存在的缺陷,给出了合理的测量方法,并通过对一阶梯孔件同轴度的实际测量,对比分析了所述的各种方法,最后分析了影响旋转轴系同轴度测量精度的因素,得出适合不同情况的测量方法。The machining accuracy of parts inspection occupies very important position in the manufacturing industry,with the more prominent of measuring the coaxial degree. In the paper,the advantage of coordinate measuring machine( CMM) in measuring co-axiality was highlighted,through comparison of multiple co-axiality measurement methods,the defects of CMMmeasures co-axiality existing in the commonly used method was introduced,and reasonable measurement methods were given,then,the described various methods was contrasted and analysed through the actual measurement of a ladder hole's co-axiality,finally,the factors that affect the measuring accuracy of rotary shaft systems' s co-axiality was analysed,and the measurement methods which suite to different conditions were obtained.
