摘 要:结合金相组织观察、显微硬度测量及室温拉伸实验,对压下率分别为30%、40%、50%及60%时的4A60/08Al冷轧复合带的组织与力学性能进行了研究。采用模拟钎焊后拉剪实验对复合带的界面结合强度进行了评价。结果表明:随着压下率的增加,复合带钢层的硬度和屈服强度明显增加,而铝层的硬度变化不大;压下率从30%增加到50%时,界面平均抗剪强度从52 MPa增加到65 MPa,拉剪断裂位置也从铝钢界面断裂过渡到铝层断裂,因此把压下率50%定义为4A60/08Al冷轧复合带的稳定压下率;另外,当压下率超过50%时,复合带材的钢层在520℃×24 h退火后的组织基本为等轴的再结晶组织,综合力学性能良好。Effect of cold rolling reduction on microstructure and mechanical properties of 4A60/08A1 clad steel strips was studied through microstructure observation, micro-hardness measurements and tensile test. Bonding strength of interface be- tween 4A60 and 08A1 was evaluated by tensile shear test after brazing another A1 alloy material on the 4A60. The results showed that the hardness and strength of 08A1 would increase with the reduction and while the 4A60 hardness was almost un- changed. With the increase of reduction from 30% to 50%, the average bonding strength was raised from 52 MPa to 65 MPa, and fracture characteristic was transited from 4A60 and 08A1 interface to 4A60 layer, and reduction of 50% was suggested as the stable percent reduction of the clad strips. When the reduction was higher than 50%, the microstructure of 08A1 layer with equiaxed ferrite grain presented better mechanical properties after being treated at 520℃ ×24 h.
