摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变化红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱仪对人工光加速老化过程中玻纤增强尼龙66复合材料的光老化性能进行了初步分析研究,结合材料力学性能变化规律,分析认为光加速老化过程中材料发生了自由基光氧化反应,导致分子链结构中C-C、C-N等化学键的断裂,材料表面出现了龟裂、粉化以及纤维的剥离和脱落等光老化现象,材料内部由于受光照影响较小,并未出现明显的光老化现象。Abstract Mechanical properties and microstrueture of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 composite in the accelerated photo-aging were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FIRT), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results showed that photo-aging phenomenon appeared because of the radical pho- tooxidation reaction, such as chap,pulverization and the fibers also stripped on the surface, which may due to the fracture of C-C and C-N bonds . While, there didn't obvious changes in the interior as the photo-aging effect was so slight.
