摘  要:以竹浆为原料,采用硫酸水解制备纳米纤维素晶体(NCC)。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化工艺参数,分析了温度、时间、硫酸浓度对NCC产率的影响,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征。结果表明,制备NCC的最佳工艺条件为反应温度53℃,水解时间128min,硫酸浓度60%,NCC产率55.83%,与预测值55.28%吻合;模型显著,失拟项不显著,决定系数0.9908,说明模型拟合有效;原子力显微镜分析表明NCC为棒状,长度为100~200nm之间,宽度小于10nm;制备的NCC为纤维素I型,NCC结晶度由原纤维的64.27%提高到72.04%。为纳米纤维素晶体产业化生产提供了理论数据。The bamboo pulp as raw material was prepared for manufacturing nano-crystalline cellulose(NCC)by sul- furic acid hydrolysis. On the basis of single factor experiment, the temperature, time and sulfuric acid concentration were an- alyzed on the production of NCC adapting the optimization of the technological parameter by response surface methodology and characterized by scanning electron microscopes (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The result showed that the best technological condition of preparing NCC was 53~Cof reaction temperature, 128min of hy- drolysis time,60% suifuric acid concentration,the production rate of NCC was 55.83 ~/~. The result was closed to the pre- dicted value of 55.28~. The model was significant, the lack of fit was not significant, the determination coefficient was 0. 9908,showed that the model fitting was effective. Atomic force microscopy analysis showed that NCC appeared rod-like, the length of NCC was between 100~200nm,with the width of less than 10nm. The preparation of NCC was cellulose I model,NCC crystallinity increased from 64.27% to 72.04% of the original fiber. Which provided the theory data for the in- dustrial production of NCC.
