摘 要:本文在简要介绍KPI、EVA和BSC三种战略管理系统和绩效衡量工具的基础上,结合农村商业银行的使命、价值和愿景,构建了一套以银行价值最大化为战略目标,以EVA为导向牵引、BSC为框架体系、KPI为实施工具的"三位一体"农村商业银行绩效评价体系,即农商银行整合BSC评价体系。结合A农商银行运用这一评价体系的具体实践,文章还对整合BSC应用中需要配套的条件和需要注意的问题进行了分析。This paper briefly intro^uces three strategic management systems and performance measurement tools, which are KPI(Key Performance Indicator), EVA(Economic Value Added), BSC(Balaneed Seoreeard),and then constructs a rural Commercial banks' performance evaluation system. The trinity system, namely rural Commercial banks' performance evaluation system of integrated BSC, is combined with rural Commercial banks' mission, values arid visions, takes EVA as guide and BSC as framework, regards KPI as implementation tool and sets value maximization as strategic goal. In addition, this paper also analyses the needed conditions and the possible problems in integrated BSC application.
