摘　　要：从网络金融信息生态的定义入手,分析金融信息生态的现状以及现阶段存在的问题,结合商务网站金融信息生态的治理和管控模式,提出我国网络金融信息生态的治理模式和管控对策,以应对金融业全面对外开放给我国金融生态环境所带来的挑战。From the definition of financial information to start with the analysis of the present situation of financial ecology, information ecology, and problems, combined with the mode of governance and manage- ment of website of business affairs of financial information ecology and finally puts forward the governance model and control strategies of network financial information ecology in China, in response to the financial industry comprehensive opening to the outside world financial ecological environment in China the chal- lenge.
