克霉唑栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨克霉唑栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎(VVC)的临床疗效,为临床工作提供参考意见。方法:选取2011年10月至2013年3月所收治VVC患者96例,采用随机数字表法将患者纳入观察组和对照组各48例,对照组常规治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊;分析比较两组患者临床疗效及复发情况。结果:经治疗后,随访1年,对照组48例患者中,共有18例复发,其复发率为37.5%;观察组48例患者中,共有8例复发,其复发率为16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:克霉唑栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗VVC,疗效显著,且可有效防止阴道菌群失调,提升阴道抗感染能力,降低复发率,提高预后质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clotrimazole Suppositories Lacidophilin combining Capsules on the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis, so as to provide a reference for clinical work. Methods with Vaginal 96 cases with recurrent candidal vulvoviginal candidiasis （VVC） in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 March were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with regular medicine, patients in the observation group were treated by capsule with lactobacillus vagina based on regular medicine. The clinical efficacy and recurrence between two groups were analyzed and compared. Results One year follow-up of the patients, 18 cases showed recurrence in the control group, and the recurrence rate was 37.5 %. 8 cases showed recurrence in the observation group, and the recurrence rate was 16.7 %. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clotrimazole combined with lactobacillus vagina capsule in the treatment of VVC can not only effectively kill Candida, but also to prevent vaginal dysbacteriosis, increase the ability of anti-infection vaginal Candida vaginitis, reduce the recurrence rate, shorten the course of treatment, which is worth promoting in the clinical use.
