摘　　要：文章首先阐明了研究的意义,论述了精益生产的起源,在总结精益生产特点及核心的基础上,分析了快速换模在精益生产中的流程及优点,最后说明了精益生产中快速换模的步骤。The significance of research is illustrated first in this article, then the origin of the lean production are dis- cussed. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of lean production and core, the process and advantages of quick die change in lean production is analyzed. Finally the step of the quick die change in the lean production is explained.
