摘　　要：本文利用Moldflow Plastic Insight(简称MPI)6.1软件针对汽车后牌照灯盖进行填充模拟分析,对充填方式、流动方式等进行了预测,分析缺陷产生的原因,优化了最佳浇口位置,提高塑料产品质量。This paper made fill simulation analysis for license plate lamp cover with Moldflow Plastic Insight （MPI） 6.1 software, the filling way, way of flow and otherwise were forecasted, and analysed the causes of the flaw, optimized the best gate location, improved the quality of Plastic products.
