摘　　要：文章首先概述了苦苣的生物学特征,然后进行了苦苣的壮苗培育、定植管理与田间管理的分析,最后探讨了新兴蔬菜苦苣的栽培可持续利用要求。This paper summarized the biological characteristics of bitter radicchio, then analyzed the cultivation of the strong bitter radicchio seedling and the management of planting-stock and field plantation, and finally discussed the requirements of sustainable utilization of the cultivation of emerging vegetable endive.
