摘  要:采用铁屑微电解-共沉淀法对电解锰废水进行处理,考察了铁屑用量、pH值、反应时间对电解锰废水中Cr6+、Mn2+去除率的影响。实验结果表明:当铁屑用量为15%,pH为4.0,反应时间为2h时,Cr6+、Mn2+去除率最高,处理后废水中的Cr6+和Mn2+去除率均可达99%以上。Wastewater from Mn eletrolysis was treated by microeletrolysis process with iron scrap and co-precipitation.The factors,which affected the removal rates of wastewater from Mn eletrolysis were studied. The factors were as follows:iron scrap dosage,pH,reaction time. The removal rates of Cr6+ and Mn 2+were more than 99% under the condition of iron scrap dosage of 15%,pH4.0,reaction time 2h.
