摘　　要：文章通过分析壳体塑件的工艺特性,对比模具设计方案,论述优选后的模具结构和工作原理。该模具利用斜导柱抽芯机构及动模推出机构解决了带侧向凸起的塑件的脱模问题。The artical Through analyzing the dome shell moulds the craft characteristic of one, compare with the de-sign plan of the mould, describe mould structure and operation principle after optimum seeking. Mould this utilize oblique to lead column release core organization and move mould introduce organization solve the problem of drawing of patterns with protruding moulding one of side direction.
