摘　　要：随着时代的进步和社会经济的发展,我国工业化程度越来越高,在工业生产中,压力铸造是非常重要的一个环节。如果采用人工浇铸的方式,有着较大的危害,会有大量的粉尘和有害气体产生,对工人身体健康造成了严重的威胁。针对这种情况,就需要将手工浇铸发展为机械手浇铸,这样工人的劳动强度可以得到降低。文章简要分析了压铸机浇铸机械手的工作流程及PLC系统控制,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。With the progress of the times and development of society and economy, our country industrialization de-gree more and more high, in the industrial production, pressure casting is a very important link. If the use of artificial casting mode, has a greater harm, there will be a lot of dust and harmful gases, causing a serious threat to the health of workers. In view of this situation, it needs to be manually casting for the development of mechanical hand casting, so the labor intensity of workers can be reduced. This paper briefly analyzes the control of work flow and PLC system of die casting machine casting manipulator, the hope can provide some valuable reference.
