摘　　要：新资助体系极大地解决了家庭经济困难学生的就学问题,却诱发了越来越多的学生想要这些钱的欲望。如果这些负面影响处理不当,就不能很好地贯彻新资助体系的精神。消除这些负面影响,要加强思想教育和引导,更重要的是通过严格的程序,细致的工作。The new funding system greatly solve the problem of the family economic difficulties students go to school, has induced the desire of more and more students want to these money. If these negative impact processes improper, will not be able to well carry out the spirit of new funding system. Eliminate these negative effects, to strengthen ideological education and guidance, more important is through the strict procedures, meticulous work.
