摘　　要：我国越来越多的企业开始投入有机蔬菜种植,但我国有机蔬菜种植企业在融资、流通等方面也面临诸多挑战,CSA模式可以有效化解我国有机蔬菜种植企业融资难、销售难、流通费用高、种植风险大、有机认证费用高等问题,CSA模式为有机蔬菜种植企业创新经营模式提供了一个思路。More and more Chinese enterprise starts to cultivate organic vegetable, but there are many challenges existed in financing and circulation in organic vegetables planting. CSA model can effectively solve the organic vegetables planting of the high cost of corporate finance, sales, circulation, planting high risk big, the organic certification fees, and CSA mode provides a thought for the organic vegetables planting enterprise innovation management mode.
