摘　　要：美好乡村建设关键的支撑点在于盘活现有土地资源。如何通过土地流转盘活农村有限的土地资源,提高土地资源的利用效率和效益,加快发展农村经济,提高广大村民的生产条件和生活水平,是新农村建设中的重点课题。本文首先分析了土地流转对美好乡村建设的推动作用,随后分析了制约安徽省土地流转在影响因素,最后提出了加快土地流转促进美好乡村建设的相应对策。Good points of rural construction are to revitalize the existing land resources. How to activate the limited land resources through the land circulation, improve the land resources utilization efficiency and benefit, develop rural economy, and improve the citizens＇ production conditions and living standards, is a key topic in the study of the new rural construction. This article first analyzes the construction of the rural land circulation in role, and then analyzes influence factors of the restriction in Anhui Province land circulation, putting forward speeding up the land circulation to promote better rural construction counter measures.
