摘　　要：目的:观察复方制剂缬沙坦/氨氯地平治疗难治性高血压的临床效果。方法:入选难治性高血压患者102例,采取病例自身治疗前后血压进行对照研究,给予患者缬沙坦/氨氯地平85mg/日或170mg/日,早起后口服;每天记录一次血压、心率、临床症状和不良反应等情况;疗程8周;期间4周左右可视血压情况加用其他药物;治疗前后检测血生化、血常规和尿常规等。结果:本组102例难治性高血压患者经治疗后血压达标率达94%,各项生化检查指标无明显改变。结论:复方制剂缬沙坦/氨氯地平是有效治疗难治性高血压的药物。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Valsartan/Amlodipine in the treatment of resistant hypertension. Methods：A total of 102 patients with resistant hypertension were included, and the blood pressure before and after treatment were compared. Patients were given valsartan/amlodipine 85mg/day or 170mg/day po, in the morning, and everyday recorded blood pressure, heart rate, clinical symptoms and adverse reaction etc once. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Other medicine can be combined with Valsartan/Amlodipine depend on patients blood pressure in the fourth week. We tested the patients’ Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, blood routine, urine routine and etc before and after treatment. Results：In the 102 patients with resistant hypertension, the target BP goal rate was 94%after treatment, and the biochemical indexes had no obvious change. Conclusion：Valsartan/Amlodipine is effective for the treatment of resistant hypertension.
