摘　　要：随着油料油脂加工行业的迅猛发展,特别是近几年的大型油厂的飞速扩建,国内大豆加工企业对于单纯的从油料中提取油脂的生产方式已经不能满足,为了进一步扩大企业的利润链,一些油料加工企业开始关注脱脂粕的深度加工。其中,以大豆低温脱溶技术的研究和扩建最具成效。With the rapid development of oil plant and oil ＆fat processing industry,especially the full speed expansion of large-scale oil factory in recent years,inland soybean processing industries aren＇t satisfied to the production mode of extracting oil＆ fat from oil plant.In order to enlarge the profit chain of the interprise,some oil plant processing industries start to pay attention to the deep processing of degrease dregs,thereinto,the study and expansion of the low temperature desolventizing technology of soybean is the most effective.
