摘 要:目的观察热淋清颗粒对麻醉犬心血管系统、呼吸系统及小鼠神经系统的影响。方法十二指肠给予热淋清颗粒,记录戊巴比妥钠麻醉后杂种犬生理、心电图;观察热淋清颗粒对小鼠自发活动、机能协调功能和阈下戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响。结果十二指肠给药热淋清颗粒(15.43、7.72 g原生药/kg)对麻醉犬心血管系统和呼吸系统无明显影响;灌胃热淋清颗粒(114.3、57.2 g原生药/kg)在给药30 min时对小鼠的自由活动有一定的抑制作用,对小鼠的机能协调功能和与阈下戊巴比妥钠协同催眠作用均无显著影响。结论热淋清颗粒对麻醉犬心血管系统、呼吸系统及小鼠神经系统无明显影响。Objective To observe the effects of Relinqing Granules in cardiovascular system and respiratory system in anesthetic dogs and nervous system in mice. Methods After duodenal administration of Relinqing Granules,physiology,ecg of pentobarbital sodium anesthesia mongrel dogs were recorded;The effects of Relinqing on spontaneous activity,function coor-dination function and subthreshold hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium in mice were abserved. Results Duodenal dosing Relinqing Granules of anesthetic dogs did not significantly affect the cardiovascular system and respiratory system;Lavage thermal spray clear particles in 30 min dosing had certain inhibitory effect on free activity of mice,the mice of functional coor-dination function and with pentobarbital sodium under threshold hypnotic effect had no significant influence. Conclusion Re-linqing Granules in anesthetic dogs cardiovascular system and respiratory system and did not affect the nervous system in mice.
