摘  要:以(NH4)2SO4和Na3C6H5O7为缓冲剂,采用化学还原法制备了不同P/B物质的量比的Co-P-B非晶态催化剂。在缓冲溶液的作用下,部分Co2+还原成Co0。制备的Co-B和Co-P-B均为非晶态结构,在Co-B中添加了P之后,催化剂颗粒的尺寸显著增大。随着初始反应溶液中P/B物质的量比的增大,催化剂表面B/Co和P/Co物质的量比、Co0的摩尔分数都增加了,但是比表面积减小。在对甲苯酚的加氢脱氧(HDO)反应中,Co-P-B表现出优良的催化活性,498K下,催化对甲苯酚的脱氧率高达97.4%,产物中甲基环己烷的选择性达到91.2%。主要的HDO反应路径为氢化-氢解,该路径可同时降低反应温度及产物中芳烃化合物的含量。Based on the chemical reduction method,Co-P-B catalysts with different P/B molar ration were synthesized by adding(NH4)2SO4and Na3C6H5O7 as buffer agent.Some of Co2+was reduced to Co0 under the effect of buffer solution.The prepared Co-B and Co-P-B exhibited amorphous structure and the particle size increased greatly after adding P into Co-B.With the increase of P/B molar ratio in the raw material,the B/Co,P/Co molar ratio and Co0 relative content on the catalyst surface increased,but the surface area decreased.In the hydrodeoxygenation(HDO)of p-cresol,Co-P-B exhibited a high catalytic activity.The deoxygenation degree was high to 97.4% with a seslectivty of 91.2% methylcyclohexane at 498 K.The dominant HDO reaction pathway was hydrogenation-dehydration,which decreased both the aromatic content in the product and the reaction temperature.
