摘  要:电热熔套补口技术已广泛应用于高密度聚乙烯外护硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温管的现场补口,热熔部位的拉剪强度和气密性是影响电热熔套补口质量的关键因素。为保证补口质量,以Ф365 mm高密度聚乙烯外护保温管为例,研究了焊接参数、冷却速率对电热熔套补口拉剪强度及气密性的影响。实验结果表明:只有选择合适的焊接参数,才能获得电热热熔套与主管体、电热熔套轴向搭接部位的最佳拉剪强度;快速冷却会导致热熔部位拉剪强度的降低,寒冷环境下施工需要采取保温措施;补口气密性不仅与焊接参数有关,而且在很大程度上受到现场施工的影响。结合试验情况,提出了电热熔套补口施工工艺控制要点。Joint coating technology of electro welding sleeve has been widely used in field joint coating for thermal insulation tube of hard PU foam plastic of high-density polyethylene outer sheath. Tensional and shear strength as well as gas sealing are key factors influencing the joint coating quality. In order to ensure high quality, taking the 4365 thermal insulation tube of high-density polyethylene outer sheath as example, the influences of welding parameters and cooling velocity on tensional and shear strength and gas sealing of the joint coating of electro welding sleeve have been studied. The results indicate that, only when proper welding parameters are selected, can the best tensional and shear strength at the place between electro welding sleeve and major tube as well as axial bridging part of electro welding sleeve be achieved. Moreover, fast cooling will lead to the decrease of tensional and shear strength of the electro welding part. Therefore, measures of thermal insulation shall be taken under the cold environment. The gas sealing of joint coating is not only affected by welding parameters, but also subject to the field operation to a great extent. Combined with the experimental results, the key points for the operation ofjoint coating of electro welding sleeve are put forward.
