摘　　要：国(境)外高校学生事务管理者职业能力培养的发展,可将其划分为外部培养和内部培养两种模式。我国高校辅导员职业能力培养必须秉承与时俱进的精神推进高校辅导员职业能力培养、完善高校辅导员职业能力培养的制度、丰富高校辅导员职业能力培养的形式、促进高校辅导员职业能力培养的专业化职业化。Cultivation of student affairs administrators＇ professional ability overseas can be categorized into external training and internal training.Chinese universities,in cultivating advisors＇ professional ability,must change with the times.They must constantly improve the training mechanisms and diversify the training approaches to accelerate advisors＇ professionalization and specialization.
