摘　　要：文章在比较分析电子图书获取模式、梳理图书馆电子图书发展态势的基础上,探讨电子图书馆藏发展的影响因素,为电子图书馆藏发展提供理论支持。研究表明,图书馆需要运用行业力量寻求法律支持,履行图书馆保存知识和传播知识的社会责任;图书馆应该积极参与到电子图书产业链活动中,创新销售模式;开展知识产权教育,提高用户版权意识;支持新兴市场,拓宽获取渠道。This paper mainly studies the E-book acquisition model, analyzes library E-book development trend, and explores the factors of library E-book development. Basing on above researches, this paper tries to provide theoretical support for library E-book development. Research shows that libraries need to use the power of alliance to seek legal support, fulfill library social responsibility on knowledge preservation and knowledge dissemination; participate actively in E-book industry chain, and make innovation in sales model; develop intellectual property education to promote user awareness of copyright; support emerging market and broaden access channel.
