摘　　要：文章针对被引在学术论文质量评价中存在的问题,归纳了13种引用方式,分析影响被引的主要因素,论述不同性质、不同方式的引用与被引文献学术质量的关系,提出促使被引在学术质量评价中更好地发挥作用的对策。To solve the problems of citations in academic articles＇ quality evaluation, this paper summarizes thirteen ways of citing, discusses the key factors that have influence on citations and analyzes the relationship between the different purposes of citations, different ways of citing and the quality of cited articles. Finally it proposes the countermeasures to make citations better perform its functions in academic evaluation.
