摘　　要：目的：应用综合指数法对2008-2010年广西县级妇幼保健院医疗质量进行综合评价,为政府相关部门政策的制定提供科学依据。方法：选取2008-2010年67所广西县级妇幼保健院作为调查对象,采用综合系数法对其医疗质量进行综合评价。通过文献研究确定工作强度、工作效率和治疗质量3个维度共10个指标作为医疗质量评价指标体系。结果：2008-2010年广西县级妇幼保健院工作量指数分别为0.65、1.00、1.45;工作效率指数分别为0.95、0.98、0.93;治疗质量指数分别为0.61、1.11、2.07;医疗质量综合指数分别为2.22、3.09、4.45。结论：2008-2010年广西县级妇幼保健院工作量及治疗质量逐年增加,工作效率上下波动,综合医疗服务质量逐年提升。Objective： To conduct comprehensive evaluation of medical quality in maternal and child health care hospitals at county level in Guangxi from 2008 to 2010 by synthetical index method, provide scientific basis for the related departments to make policies. Methods： Sixty-seven maternal and child health care hospitals at county level in Guangxi from 2008 to 2010 were selected as survey respondents, synthetical index method was used to evaluate medical quality comprehensively. Three dimensions （working strength, work efficiency, and quality of treatment） were selected as evaluation indexes according to literature study, 10 indexes were included. Results： From 2008 to 2010, the workload indexes in maternal and child health care hospitals at county level in Guangxi were 0. 65, 1.00, and 1.45, respectively; the work efficiencies were 0. 95, 0. 98, and 0. 93, respectively; the indexes of quality of treatment were 0. 61, 1.11, and 2. 07, respectively; the comprehensive indexes of medical quality were 2. 22, 3.09, and 4. 45, respectively. Conclusion： From 2008 to 2010, the workload and medical quality in maternal and child health care hospitals at county level in Guangxi increased year by year, work efficiency fluctuated, the quality of comprehensive medical service increased year by year.
