浙江省产业转型升级对劳动力需求的影响

摘　　要：在浙江省创新驱动发展战略和农业转移人口市民化背景下,借助产业结构高级化指数和资本劳动比指数,利用1992—2012年的统计数据,分析浙江省产业横向升级和纵向升级的状况和趋势,以及两者对劳动力需求的影响。分析发现,研究时段内,浙江省产业横向升级对劳动力需求在逐步增加,产业纵向升级对劳动力需求增量在减少,但总体来说浙江省产业转型升级对劳动力需求还在增加。依据动态影响趋势,预计未来一段时期内产业和人口达到平衡点后对地方劳动力需求将逐步降低。研究结论对浙江省促进产业升级、人口就业和实施新型城镇化发展战略具有参考意义。Population employment problem is long- term challenge facing China＇s economic and social development,industrial transformation and upgrading is an important part of regional economic development. In Zhejiang Province,innovation- driven transfer of population development strategy and public agricultural background, with the Industrial Structure Index and the capital-labor ratio index, the use of relevant statistical data from 1992 to 2012, analysis, Zhejiang,industrial upgrading and vertical transverse upgrade the status and trends, as well as both of the the impact of labor demand. Analysis found that the study period, Zhejiang industrial upgrading lateral gradual increase in demand for labor,industry vertical incremental upgrade to reduce the demand for labor. Based on the dynamic effects of the trend, the industry is expected in the coming period and the population reached equilibrium point where the demand for labor will be gradually reduced. Draw conclusions can provide reference for the development of migration and urbanization in Zhejiang Province under the transformation and upgrading of the background.
