摘  要:针对某含高易浮脉石矿物的细粒浸染难选钼矿进行了选矿试验研究。原矿中钼的赋存状态主要以微细粒的辉钼矿为主,部分辉钼矿呈细小微晶或者是片状单晶与白云母、绢云母、滑石等易泥化的层状硅酸盐脉石矿物共生。针对以上特性,试验确定了钼硫混浮-钼硫分离的工艺流程,通过药剂制度的优化,获得如下选矿指标:钼精矿含钼32.150%、含硫35.17%,钼精矿中钼回收率达61.120%;硫精矿中含钼0.550%、含硫39.420%,硫精矿中硫回收率为64.415%。According to the mineral characteristics of fine-grained disseminated high-floatable gangue of a refractory molybdenum ore,the mineral processing experiment and study were conducted. The occurrence state of Mo is mainly composed of fine-grained molybdenite,parts of molybdenite are accompanied with layered silicate gangue minerals which are consisted by white mica,sericite,talc in the manner of small crystallite or flake single crystal. Focus on features,the study determined the technological process composed by molybdenum-sulphur mixed floating and molybdenum-sulphur separation. The indexes of the batch tests were achieved by agent system optimization: the molybdenum concentrate containing 32. 150% Mo,35. 170% S at a Mo recovery of 61. 120%,the sulfur concentrate containing0. 550% Mo,39. 420% S,and the recovery of 64. 415% was obtained.
