摘  要:针对某冶炼厂原3.0 m2炼锑鼓风炉存在的能耗高、生产效率低等问题,通过将鼓风炉扩容至4.5 m2,并采用富氧鼓风、回收利用烟气余热、高硅低铁渣型等技术措施,降低了炼锑鼓风炉的能耗,提高了床能力,可以为炼锑鼓风炉的扩改提供借鉴。This paper is aimed at the existence problem of 3. 0 m2 blast furnace for antimony smelting in a refinery,such as high energy consumption,low production efficiency. By expanding blast furnace capacity to 4. 5 m2,enriching oxygen and blasting air,recovery and utilization of flue gas,waste heat and slag with high silicon and low iron,the energy consumption of blast furnace has been reduced and the ability of the bed has been improved. This work is anticipated to provide some insight into the design of blast furnace for antimony smelting.
